Ernie H. Lin, Ph.D - Vice President

Dr. Ernie H. Lin has been active in the credit card processing industry since 2008 as the Founder and CEO of Nebo Associates LLC. With extensive experience in merchant services, credit card processing, and POS systems, he has gained a deep understanding of industry operations and best practices. Ernie brings valuable expertise to RecoverMyFee.com, with his years of experience in the industry relevant to the settlement. His knowledge of payment processing and business operations provides important insights into the claims process. In addition to his work in payment processing, Dr. Lin is a co-founder of Nebo Wireless and has an extensive background in microwave radio and wireless communication technologies. Previously, he founded Advanced TechCom, Inc. (ATI), a Massachusetts-based manufacturer of digital microwave radio equipment. ATI was among the top three suppliers of short-haul digital microwave solutions to the U.S. cellular industry and the largest medium-capacity supplier in Canada and Australia. ATI was the first to integrate an entire microwave radio modem into a single ASIC (application-specific integrated circuit) and to develop a hybrid RF and microwave circuit board for long-haul (1.5 GHz to 8.5 GHz) products. These innovations have since influenced 802.11 (Wi-Fi) radio technology. Dr. Lin served as CEO from 1990 until ATI’s acquisition by Nera ASA of Norway in 1998. Before founding ATI, Dr. Lin led the engineering department at M/A-COM's Communications Division, designing microwave radios for the video and computer industries. He also worked at AT&T Bell Labs in North Andover, MA, as both an engineer and an engineering manager in the Microwave Radio Department. Dr. Lin holds numerous patents in microwave radio and wireless communications. He is widely recognized for his work with Angle Diversity in high-capacity microwave communications, as well as developments in medium-capacity digital radios for wireless and computer industries
